Available rebates and eligibility:

• Up to $2,500 for a Ground Source Heat Pump equipment and installation.
• Up to $1,500 for ENERGY STAR® central ducted heat pump equipment and installation.
• Up to $1,500 for an air-to-water heat pumps.

Available financing incentives:

Loans available from $2,500 to $15,000 on approved heat source systems. Loans are available for one to five years.

How heat pumps save you money

The bottom line is that for every dollar you spend on electricity to power your heat pump, your heat pump returns more than one dollar’s worth of heating and cooling energy.

Heat pump: $1 energy in = $1 to $2 or more, energy out.

In comparison, today’s furnaces can burn fuel very efficiently, some are rated as high as 90% + efficient. But even these still suffer when compared to heat pumps.

Gas furnace (90%+): $1 energy in = $0.90 or less energy out.
